Thursday

Today it feels like a Wednesday I think it is because I usually have test for calculus on Wednesday but since this week we had 2 tests my teacher made the second one today. Yesterday I opened my first bank account!!!! I was so excited but nervous at the same time. I opened it at Bank of America. We waited an hour to be helped!! I was so tiered of sitting there but time went quickly although it felt a bit long. Then it took an hour for us to process my bank account. SO I was at the bank for 2 hours so when I got home I was tiered and didn't study much for my test today I really don't get this chapter so I didn't know what to do.

Wednesday

Today I don't have much today, just that time is passing by really fast and graduation and vacation is getting closer. I am looking forward to next month it will be really exciting. I have to update my blog for the robotic challenges, I had actually forgotten so I am a bit behind.

Tuesday

I am so happy!!!!! because I got a full scholarship to CSUN!!!!!!!!! I might even have like $1000 left over for me! I can't believe it my parents were really happy. Now I just have to go to my portal and click accept the scholarships then I have to make an appointment to go choose my classes. Now all I have to worry about is how to get there. So next week are the AP tests I feel a bit ready for Calculus but not for Macro Economics nor U.S. Government test, tomorrow my teacher is going to give us a test and he is actually going to grade it and put it in the grade book which is really bad because I think I have a C again and I can't have it get any lower.

Monday

So on Friday I went to CSUN I got my name changed and I don't have to take the placement tests because I am college ready. Today they posted my award letter from what I understand I didn't get a free-ride which I really hoped to get. I think I still have to pay like $3,500 which is a lot of money my parents don't have so now I feel sad. I am going to go talk with my counselor during the next period hopefully she isn't busy and can help me and hopefully i can get a scholarship now or else i am going to start applying fir more now,

Thursday

So tomorrow is Prom!!!!!! WOW time flew!!! A lot of people aren't coming tomorrow because they are going to go get their hair, nails, and make-up done for prom. I am not going to go to prom I think I kind of want to go now but at the same time I don't. But I think I am not going to come to school because I have to go to CSUN it turns out that I haven't received my award letter yet because my name on my FAFSA and on my application don't match so now I have to go in person and change my name.

Wednesday

I think these weeks are passing by quickly because I have a lot to do on my agenda so time flies and I don't get to cover everything I need to do. Today I am taking another make-up for Calculus I studied a lot since Sunday so I should be ready I hope I do good on this one that way I can finally have a C in the class. I am having trouble with the robotics challenge number 3 I don't remember how to do it and everything that I try that I think is right is always wrong I don't know what else to do. Hopefully we get it today we only have until Friday I think or tomorrow nobody has gotten it in my period but in Period 3 one person solved it really quickly I think he took robotics already.

Tuesday

So this whole time I have been waiting for CSUN to send me an award letter describing how much money I am getting from FAFSA and from scholarships and how much I will have to pay and they still haven't sent it. I believe it's because I haven't sent in my fall semester transcript which I had no idea they needed they didn't even like tell me that I was still missing it. Hopefully I won't have to pay much or else I will go to community college because I am getting lazy to bus it to CSUN everyday.

Monday

The weekend flew as always. My weekend was fun though, I went to a wedding and spent my afternoon playing Jenga with my family. I studied for my calculus test a little. There is only like 10 days and a month left till school ends. I am so excited for the summer!

FRIDAY!!!!!!

YAY!!!!!! Finally it's Friday. There's only about a month and a half let till school ends YAY!!!! SO excited for graduation and for my vacation at Guatemala. I haven't been there in like 4 years so all my cousins are all grown up and it will be lots of fun. This weekend I might go to an orientation at Northridge and a wedding if my dad doesn't go to work because my mother can't drive in the freeway and I still can't drive. I don't know how long it's going to take me to learn how to drive. I can do it but I mess up on my turns so I just gave up I think all I need it lots of practice but I don't have time for it and now we have an SUV which I really am scared to drive one because it's big and two because I don't want to mess it up but someday I will learn and buy myself a blue BMW.

Thursday

Yay this week is going by a bit fast. Yesterday I took a make-up for Calculus today is the second part I think I didn't do too well though but I am trying. I have a headache this morning. Northridge hasn't updated my portal with my Award Letter which I am really nervous and excited to see because it will determine how much my parents will have to contribute I really hope they don't have to pay anything because my dad doesn't have money to pay he doesn't even have a job currently neither does my mom. And if we do have to pay I hope I get one of the High School Scholarships that will be very exciting but I think they prefer to give the scholarships to students who are going to a better and more expensive university.

TESTS!!!!!!

I am happy I think I did good on my Macro Economics vocabulary test today. This should help me get a higher B or maybe it will stay the same like last time. All I am glad of is that I think it was pretty easy so I think I did good. Last night I also studied for my Calculus test tomorrow and I memorized all the formulas I am happy because I feel ready but then when I see the test I blank out and do dumb mistakes like in the last test I could've gotten a C I only needed 7 more points and I did a lot of dumb mistakes but oh well I just hope I can get a C or even better a B I really do need it and I would be so happy I just hope I don't fail or get a D again. 

Monday

My weekend was fun. It was my parents anniversary on Saturday so we went to eat breakfast at IHOP the food was delicious because now instead of pancakes they give french toast we ordered the strawberry french toast and the banana french toast they were really good except a bit too sweet. The bad thing is that the prices have gone up I don't know if it's because of the french toast. Then we went to a quinceanera at church it was a lot of fun there was a candy table with good chocolate and candy. My goals for the week if to pass my Calculus Test and my Macroeconomics test. 

Wednesday

Yesterday was the first day of school and it wasn't so bad. I was tired by the end of the day because I had to study for another Calculus Test. He was a bit mad at us because he said that we aren't trying hard enough and that we should start writing our letters to colleges explaining why we can't go. So my goal for today is to do good in my test, which will not be easy at all. I really am scared of failing the class but I think that if I do good in this test then I won't need to take anymore make-ups.
